ABOUT ME
Dawn Perlmutter
I was born and raised in the heart of the city of Toronto, Canada.
I spent many years in the fashion business. I have been involved in most aspects of the retail business from sales to buying to merchandising for a few of the most popular chains in Canada.
​
After raising my 3 boys I was able to try my hand at my own venture which I named Where Did You Get That? My vision of an online and pop-up concept that sold fabulous clothing finally came to life.
​
In 2014 our family moved to the United States. I decided to leverage the skills I had been developing all my life and pivot my focus.
Love It or Leave It was born as a result.

I can help you or your parent(s)!​
• Arrival preparation • Full unpacking & organizing services • Acting as "local daughter" for my clients
For permanent relocation/move-out, services would include:
Cataloguing and photographing of all items
Coordination of all contents to be removed into any siblings’/family’s possession or to be sold/donated/auctioned including arranging vendors and negotiating pricing including customs clearance in Canada
Sale of any additional remains to top tier auction houses, resale shops, antique shops, or appropriate consignment shops and then, finally disposal if necessary, coordinate fine art sales and packing and crating
Return any leased items such as cable boxes, modems etc.
Onsite supervision of all contractors/movers no matter the time or the day
Constant communication with owners and families and reconciliations of all items and revenue generated
